        I enjoyed my meal at Longhorns in Gastonia NC. The food was absolutely delicious and the service was absolutely great!

        This place is crazy. Management doesn't seem to actually care, since you're one of thousands of customers. The past two experiences I've had have been stupid.. Like, why call if the fastest the phone is answered is over 16 minutes..? While a kid runs in and out the front door texting and/or talking on his cell phone the entire time... Why type in my order online asking for additions, or things to be left off, if you're going to do what you want anyway? And why did it take 57 minutes to get an incorrect Togo order at all!!!??? I was in the parking lot 35 minutes, and the location was dead..

        The waiter was the worst service I had ever had they before, food was getting cold when someone else finally brought it to us. Wheelchair accessibility: I use wheelchair and have no problem here.
