Eastwood Homes at Winterlake

My experience with Eastwood has been pleasant from the time i walked in the model home to us closing on our home in February to today! Their honesty and willingness to satisfy the customer is beyond impeccable! I was afraid that i would be taken advantage of in this process but it was the total opposite! I would recommend them 10x over to anyone! Love my neighborhood

They walk you through the whole process, making sure you're not just another number. Their updates? Super handy. It's like getting a sneak peek of your own home's making-of documentary every week. And when we said we needed to wrap things up in 30 days, they didn't just nod and smile. They hustled, big time. No extra rent for us, thanks to their lightning-fast moves. Now, about the crew. Brittany is a gem super friendly and knows her stuff. And Thomas? The man's a building guru with more experience than I've had hot dinners. Plus, he's as friendly as they come. Fast forward 10 months, and we're still pinching ourselves. Our place isn't just bricks and paint; it's our personal haven. Every corner, every nook feels like it was made just for us. So, yeah, big thumbs up to Eastwood Homes. They dont just build houses; they craft homes. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!"

Everyone here at the Winterlake community is amazing! From the moment we first came to look at houses everyone from the sales office to the building manager have been friendly and helpful. This has been one of the best home buying experiences I have ever had and couldnt be happier with our new home and community!!

I have been searching for a while now for a home. I didnt want a new build because I was worried about what could develop around the neighborhood in the future. It felt like every home I saw, liked, and put an offer on was gone. I was at the point of giving up but I am glad I didnt. My realtor suggested I consider a new build and thats when we came across Eastwood Homes Winterlake community. My realtor reached out to the agents on site and from day one, they were so nice and helpful. They answered all of my questions and not once did I ever feel like I was being ignored or not taken care of. I honestly HATE going through the process of buying a home and I know how stressful it can be. The agents on site helped make that process a lot less stressful. I visited the home several times during the stages of construction and the agents on site were and still are very helpful. Working with them along with the on site construction manger and their team has been a joy. The neighborhood is a smaller community which is what I wanted as I dont feel like everyone is on top of each other. There are already existing buildings and homes around so no worries of future building with 1,000+ homes where you can see what your neighbor is having for dinner from your window. Again, I am so thankful I didnt give up and came across The Winterlake community and working with such nice people. In todays society where I feel like so many people are mean and customer service has pretty much disappeared; that is not the case with the team at Winterlake. Thank you all again for everything!!
