        If he's teaching a class in real estate appraisal his clients are in trouble. Way off on his numbers doesn't know the marketplace.Very unprofessional.

        Appraisal was very fair. Everything is broken down so you can see exactly where the value came from. Appraisers are supposed to be unbiased so of course people are going to be upset when an appraisal comes in low. Bob uses very good comps including those given by sellers agent. No complaints whatsoever.
