Karin and I drove from West Palm Beach in Florida to meet with John Bolin at Allen Tate. We had 1 day and John had eleven properties to show us.John is obviously incredibly patient. He is also incredibly knowledgeable about Gastonia and surrounding areas. John knew that we were driving to Hendersonville the next morning to see some properties there. He never made us feel rushed (11 properties!). We left at the end of the day having found 2 homes we really liked. We ended up calling John a few days later to view those 2 homes again. He set it up. We didn't purchase a home from John. I will tell you that if Gastonia or the surrounding area is where you want to be, call John Bolin. He is a true professional. John Bolin is the best! We just bought our first house and the experience was better than I ever could have imagined. He kept us educated every step of the way. I didn't feel like I was going into this process blind. We didn't feel pressured, he did not care what our price range was, he just wanted us in a good and safe home. I genuinely feel like he cared about our family and wanted to provide us the best possible support. John didn't shy away from my questions and countless emails. I emailed every thought that came to mind and he answered quickly. This process was so much better than I thought it would be. My friends and family have used John for many years, and I am so happy we did too. He will be the only realtor I will ever use. Highly highly recommend!!!

I can't tell you how much I appreciate Chad Simpson. He has the patience of a saint! He held my hand through the process of purchasing a home in Shelby. He is very professional, approachable and knowledgeable. My transition from Ohio to NC has been an emotional rollercoaster and he talked me off a few ledges, to say the least! Chad, I appreciate you and all you have done for me and the family. Your kind godly spirit is very evident in your daily life. Your faith shines through for sure. Thank you for never complaining as we went from one side of Shelby to the other then back to the same place. I recommend Chad and Allen Tate Realty to anyone that needs to sell/purchase a home.
