Oliver was great! We tried FSBO and when things werent going fast enough for us, we decided to go with Oliver. It was under contract after the first showing! Very great with communication and he was always prompt! Highly recommend!!

Oliver Evans was my realtor and he was great. Weve used many realtors in the past with buying and selling in several states. We were trying to do for sale by owner this time around but he made us a deal we couldnt turn down. We had many realtors trying to persuade us into going with them but nothing about them got us interested until Oliver reached out to us. He wasnt pushy in any way and was very understanding and easy going when it came to hearing what our goals were regarding the sale and Im sure glad I decided to trust him with our home sale. He made the process a lot less stressful and he had our home sale locked down only a few days after it was listed as active, full offer, we couldnt have asked for a smoother outcome. Highly recommend him and his services! He listens and cares!
