My roof leaked along with the window seal on a big window in the apartment, the toilet clogged on a Friday and he said he would get someone out there the next week so I ended up paying for it, and the wall ac unit worked for a few weeks then quit working along with the heater. When I told him I needed it all fixed or he wasn't going to get rent he decided it was easier to just break the lease.
