Apple and her team are the best real estate brokers and property managers so far!! I have interviewed and worked with many, but none could compare the high standard they have set. They are always working hard for my best interest as buyers agents, and guided us throughout the process. Together, we have acquired 2 properties through her team, and put 3 of them under their property management. Hopefully we could acquire more properties with them in the future. I also want to thank her team members:Alex, Merrill and Diane. They are all superb!!

My wife and I had a wonderful experience working with Apple to purchase our first home. She really took the time to understand what we were looking for and truly wanted us to find the best fit for our family. She is incredibly responsive, detailed, and an excellent negotiator so we always felt like we were in good hands through the buying process. Particularly in this current competitive real estate market, it is so important to have someone as diligent as Apple on your team.
Since completing the purchase, Apple has also been incredibly helpful in coordinating contractors to help us with renovations on our house. Her experience in property management and real estate investing has been described by some of the other reviewers, and her skillset has been equally helpful in setting up our primary home.
Needless to say, Apple and her team have blown away our expectations and have made our home buying experience as seamless and stress-free as possible.

My wife stumbled across the Verge when looking for houses on OpenDoor or Zillow and reached out about a specific home she liked from the pictures.
We were connected with Apple and she did the BEST job. She was very responsive, great at understanding our preferences, and had the speed to help us capture a home that we love in Charlotte (where everything goes at the speed of light!).
One of the best things about working with Apple is that even once you find a great home and she negotiates the best deal for you, she will continue to help with projects you want around the house. She knows someone for everything and they are always at a great price and do great work.
I will definitely use her again, and you should too!

After speaking to a friend about wanting to invest in real estate, he surprised me when he so highly recommended Apple. This friend can be particular and does not normally rave about individuals. I contacted Apple and after working with her to find a property, I can only wholeheartedly endorse Apple and her entire team.
There are so many things to recommend Apple: punctuality, professionalism and responsiveness rate extremely high. However, Apple set herself apart in two different ways.
1) Her analytical skills are fantastic. Apple knows the Charlotte market and is quickly able to figure out the value of a property and whether or not it makes a good investment while analyzing capital expenses, rental income and doing return on investment calculations. At the same time, she discussed what our objective was and was able to steer us to a property which met our goal.
2) Apple has great resources when it comes to contractors, and her team stays involved! It is so difficult to find a reliable contractor in the crazy Charlotte real estate market. I personally watched a house on my street sell 8 months ago. However, it has been sitting empty and only sporadically worked on by contractors. Meanwhile, the house I purchased was being walked through with a contractor the day of my closing and painting commenced the day after. TLDR: Apple and her team will not disappear after closing. They value maintaining a working relationship.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Verge and Apple. I haven't even touched upon the many other things about them which were impressive (such as their super fast responsiveness to every trivial query). Suffice it to say, I would recommend Verge to anybody looking to buy or invest in the Charlotte market
