Screwed my daughter and son in law out of their dudillagance money on a house they have for sale at 620 east 12th street off of Union road. House will not pass inspection due to plumbing and electrical problems. Failed inspection for the same reason in March 2019 as well. They were told they would get their money back but that was a lie. Stay away from this house as the lady that owns it is a scammer along with the reality company that knew none of the problems were corrected from March. Please dont let them do this to you. This was the first home my daughter and son in law were purchasing.
