The office staff's performance has been consistently unsatisfactory. They have demonstrated a lack of responsiveness and thoroughness in addressing maintenance requests and following up on inspection findings. Despite repeated attempts to communicate and resolve these issues, their attitude has been dismissive and confrontational, placing the blame on the tenant rather than acknowledging their own shortcomings.

I had applied and was told it would only take 3 to 5 business days so I applied on a Monday and then I waited a week no contact I waited 4 days and had to call. Then was Told there something was wrong with my employment verification, I emailed three separate times Including cc: my hr department, which was never checked until I call again which almost makes 3 weeks now since Ive applied and my application still had not been processed. Then another week passes a full month by now to be told that I was denied due to no rental history,EVEN when all other requirements were met. FIRST TOME RENTERS READ!!! This may not be The rental company to use if you are a first time renter because they want 2 1/2 months / 3 months deposit plus whatever monthly the monthly rent is to move-in Front Office staff was very unorganized and not accurate with checking emails , not Responding to voicemails only plus I got my binder fee back.

1st just let me say KELLY KING YOU ROCK! If you want a property manager to care about your house like it's theirs then property matters realty is the way to go. Kelly goes above and beyond to get things fixed for you and her communication skills are impeccable. I had to move due to my house being sold and with her busy schedule she still made time to help me find a new home I am so glad that i got to meet you Kelly. You actually care about your tenants and it definitely shows... I'm so excited that I get to continue having you as my property manager..

Got voicemail and requested a return call and never got one. They are out HOA management company.

They have some really great people working here. Staff was all very friendly. Owner / Boss is a trip. Hoping to do some business with them real soon.
