        We hired Todd from NextDoor to clean our roof after seeing the fabulous reviews. If we could rate him a 10 we would! He is quite the perfectionist! We were so impressed as he focused on every detail. He even cleaned our brick chimney! I definitely recommend Todd to pressure wash or clean anything!

        I was excited to get my home power washed and Todd was able to come out quick to get the job done. I didnt get my driveway power washed, but Todd spilled bleach on my driveway in two spots, so now it needs to be power washed. If bleach was spilled and made a huge spot, I think the area should have been cleaned up, now its an eye sore! When I was putting some things back in my backyard I noticed that a flower pot was missing, that I had an artificial plant in. I looked on my camera and Todd broke the pot while power washing. He set the pieces aside and then put them in his bucket after he was cleaning, to dispose of them. He never mentioned breaking my flower pot. I sent him a message about it on Saturday, still no response. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

      20 years in business and this is the only bad review I’ve ever gotten. I spent 3 days in the hospital with bronchitis right after I did this job. I was dealing with a severe lung infection for two weeks prior to the day of this job. By the time I came home and recovered, this bad review had already been written so I decided to just move on. My customers know I am honest and go above and beyond. Good look WH finding another company that can meet your demands. flops on!! I should have handled this differently, but at the same time I probably wouldn’t have changed much. The subsequent 3000+ satisfied customers of mine know my character. I did an oxidation removal on your home (again no charge), and scrubbed red clay stains that were on the front porch that had been there since the house was originally built. (Also no charge)Red clay remover costs me $45 per gallon!! So no, I definitely was not going back to this house! Should I have handled it differently? Yes for sure, but I don’t have any regrets. Definitely won’t hurt my feelings by you calling another company next time.
