This is an honest and detailed review! My husband and I recently purchased our first home and long and behold we had plumbing issues. I was up at 1 in the morning worried about the issues and decided to look up plumbers around the area, option 1 plumbing quickly came up. I decided to message the business right then and there and went back to sleep as I knew there was no way someone would answer at 1 AM. Later in the morning I check my email and Larry had actually answered my message 10 minutes after I sent it! That in itself won me over to do business with them. I scheduled an appointment for later on the same day! Absolutely incredible that I was able to get someone come by the same day. Ted arrived early (another amazing point to them) and I pointed out the issues I knew of, he inspected them and even went beyond the issues and inspected other plumbing around the house. I was already impressed by their service and Ted was definitely bringing it all home! He then gave me the options on how to go about fixing the issues and what he recommend best. I was able to get all my plumbing issues fixed that same day and Ted went above and beyond to insure everything was fixed.
