They are very unresponsive to patient needs. My wife goes there and repeatedly they will make follow up appointments without asking us what days work. They just give a date and expect us to accept it. Also, don't even think you can get ahold of them by calling. My average wait time to get ANYONE there on the phone is 40 minutes. They are barely staffed such that the patient provides the customer service.

They no longer care about personal patient care. You have to even go to their website just to get an appointment and that makes it difficult for older patients. They are all about what makes it easy for them, Not what makes it easy for the patient.

I was left floundering after the foot and ankle doctor left. I couldn't get clear answers as to how to proceed or to who would be taking over my care. They never offered to give me a referral elsewhere. I finally found a new doctor on my own. It was a stressful few months, as I was on the verge of having ankle fusion surgery but couldn't get support or assistance as to what my next steps should be.

I have been trying to call and set up my appointment with Dr Phadke. They disconnect your call after 10 mins and 15 seconds. Twice today once yesterday. When I was able to talk to someone yesterday, they weren't let me make an appointment with the doctor I had been seeing for months at the Hand Center that had moved to Carolina Ortho. Instead they said I had to have authorization from my case manager. He sent fax authorization. Wasn't good enough for them, again refusing my ability to make an appointment with my Workers Comp Doc. And at first asked me a stupid question of whether I was with The Department of Labor! They then said I had to have him call them personally and authorize me to make an appointment!! The Case Manager then called twice today, once getting disconnected and then finally was able to get me authorization to mKe an appointment. As of right now, I still cannot get them to answer the phone. They put me on hold and it disconnects after 10 mons and 15 seconds! Twice today! Unbelievable and unprofessional! Needless to say what my rating will be!!
