        I've been donating for years on my job out of my pay check and now I can't get a little help for rent never used this company but now you need them and get turned down after year's of donating

        The number is messed up where if your English you can not get thru! It will tell you to press 21 to which it will continue in Spanish then disconnect! This seems very suspicious and deliberate!
