The smell of the new mattress was horrible, very strong chemical smell. One of the most uncomfortable beds I've ever owned. Been sleeping on it for 3 years now hoping it will get better or I'd get used to it. Every time I wake up it crosses my mind how uncomfortable this bed is and how my body has hurt since sleeping on this mattress. Will never purchase here again. Wasted.

I bought a Cal King medium firm mattress with pillow top. I've been struggling to find an old fashioned traditional mattress. This seemed like it was it. It is terrible. I expected it to be like my other old time mattresses. I always got medium firm, but this is so hard it causes so many aches and pains I can't wait to get out of it. Most other mattresses you can get a refund for if you don't like it, even though it has to be disposed of since it can't be resold. You could always sit on the edge of an old time mattress and it was comfortable. I had a request edge support and it felt like was like I was sitting on a 2x4. It's an expensive purchase and you just throw away your money. You might have to throw more away if you pay 25% to get another one in the first year.

We needed a new mattress, so we bought the exact model we purchased 20 years ago. Outstanding mattress!

Nick was very friendly, not overbearing like you fear a mattress salesman would be. He answered questions if I asked but otherwise kept his distance. We left and shopped around but came back to purchase because of the quality if the product and the ease of the shopping experience.

Me and my wife went in this morning, Antonio was awesome from the moment we walked in. Takes his time and explains everything you need to know about the mattresses. He actually wants you to lay on them as you would sleep at home to insure your making the right choice. Definitely will go back. Customer service was great thank you again Antonio.
