Borderline traumatic experience, workers need to know how to stay out of people's business and just be there in case of questions. How is anyone introverted supposed to shop for intimate products with someone staring and asking them a million questions, making loud inappropriate jokes with other staff and customers. For someone unfamiliar with these products it was extremely stressful, I will not be returning.

I ordered some items online, the shipping is terrible, I had to call 4 times about it and finally got my items 4 days late, and to my dissust the boxes my products were in was opened, looked as if it was used, I called to let them know I was unhappy they wouldn't refund me just asked me if I wanted them to reship the items... uuummmm no I don't want anymore of your used products.

Unfriendly. Unprofessional. Will lie to your face to make a sale & have No return policy. Ran by mean, rude children.
