Do not waste your time with Douglas Harris. My fiancee and I were having a custom wedding ring done by him with diamonds from a family heirloom ring and he never delivered on a single promise. 4 weeks after talking to him we still never got an actual quote (despite him saying we'd have a quote in 3 days) and he increased the estimated price twice to almost double the initial budget discussed with him. Even the return of my family heirloom ring has been a fiasco with him first saying he had not done anything with it then being told they shipped it to the manufacturer in New York and that it would be back the next day only to later be told it would be a day after that and then that day texted that the shipment was delayed so it would be yet another day.

The most amazing jewler ever. Everyone is so friendly and Mr.Harris takes his time with his customers to explain the process of repairing jewelry. My ring looked awesome when he was done with the repair. All my jewelry needs will go to Mr.Harris.

The only jeweler I will go to in Gaston County! They are a great team. They helped me transform my grandmothers diamonds into a band I can use everyday. It came out exactly how I wanted. I will continue to do business with them.

This jewelers is an absolute joke of an establishment. I took 3 watches in to be serviced and they mutated the back casing on one of my watches that was brand new and wanted to argue with me about it. Then it took them 2-3 months until I had to calm them back to ask about one of the other watches and they told me they couldn't fix it. Wow 3 months no call from them and they still couldn't do the Job the only thing they COULD for me was charge me $30 to Chen he a watch battery... that should have been $6-$12 MAX. I'm surprised they've been open as long as they have! Do yourself a favor and stay away from this jeweler! I don't like leaving negative reviews but when it this bad op an experience I have to let the public know. Good luck
