I am a diamond member with choice and I paid for a night show the receipt and they refused to honor it so I'm out 75.00 and I have to use up my free night and then the next night they still won't honor it the money come out the bank and I showed proof but yet they will not honor it so they basically stole $75 and I do not recommend anyone stay here. This is the trashiest motel in Gaston county. Sad thing is the hilltop is better as far as not ripping you off

Great place all the other reviews are old no bug nice people and overall god but don't book online in person it 475 for a 2 bed room for 7 days.

When we arrived, the toliet was peed in. There is tape on the bottom of the door, the fridge was dirty, under the fridge there was plastic that was ripped and looked like the furniture had a disease.
The floor by the sink was muddy. The shower was dripping since we arrived and all night. The floor was wet leaking from the shower turning on. The water did not hot but mild to warm.
The top sheet had holes from cigarette.
I got a non smoking room but mine smelled like someone smoked in there.
The sheets had stains. We got new sheets from the front desk.
A random guy who was also staying there came up to my pair and asked if he had a bedbug in his hand or a cockroach. It was a cockroach which is normal in FL but not here. Then he went to tell the person working at the front desk.
The hotel was cheap but I havent been stayed at cheap hotels and it was not like this.
Good things: The lady at the front desk was well mannered & the bed was comfy and the a/c + heating unit was good. 02/24/2024
