Went to the store yesterday and picked out the bed I wanted the sales person Stephanie was concern about leaving early than working on getting my order taking care of. All references was called today instead of yesterday day. She lied and said my landlord did not pick up the phone. Management at my complex is open from 9 to 5pm. Called today and she said the bed will be to me by this afternoon. Afternoon came and went with no bed or phone call. I called the store and told them to cancel my order. Customer should not be treated the way they treated me. I also put in a call to Chris who is the district manager. Let see if he give me a call back. This is very unacceptable behavior from a sales person.

I was talked into making payments to help my credit with this place, even though I had the cash to pay upfront, and they left out the part of how much interest they were charging. Told me that it was payments for three months, but failed to tell me it would carry over 9 more months because payments of 28 a week for three months doesnt cover the interest of them charging me double what I would have paid out of pocket for with cash . I was two days late on a payment and they sent out someone to my house at 6pm demanding a payment and charged me 15 dollars on my next bill for them having to come out . Now that I am almost done paying on these couches they are doing everything that can to get every penny out of me that they can and send messages threatening me and saying we need to schedule for them to come pick them back up after being TWO DAYS LATE!!! seems to me they just want their couches back after Im almost done paying on them so they can sell them to someone else. Do not buy from these people . Go somewhere else ; literally anywhere else . My couch is already squeaking any time I move and Im only 170 pounds and the only one that sits on it
Update .. I am now one payment away from paying it off . I owe 3 dollars left that they were supposed to draft out with the 4 they drafted out two days ago . They are telling me its 2 days late and about to tack on a late fee when they drafted the wrong amount out themselves
They have called me 3 times and send three messages today for 3 dollars .
Last week they told me that my account was almost paid off and said if I wanted to open another account with them for another purchase they would pay the remaining amount for me . They didnt tell me it was only for 7 dollars
But heck no I would never open another account with them . I could have paid 650 cash in the beginning instead of payments that they talked me in to and instead ended up paying 1300-1400
They will get you any way that they can at this company. Yall, RUN!!

I was renting a washing machine from them that stopped working. They brought a replacement when I wasnt home, I go to look in the washing machine and theres roaches crawling and dead roaches. They was supposed to pick it up today but of course they didnt. Why wouldnt they check to make sure it was clean?? What type of place rents roach infested appliances to people??

Im writing a review about Cindy from the best way in Gastonia. My card was stolen and I forgot to let them know my new card information, so Cindy took the time to call me to remind me, so I didnt get any late fees when she noticed that my card was reported stolen. She is very kind, very helpful, and In my experience willing to do anything for customers.
