I hired Jose to complete several rooms in my home as it was an investment property and needed tons of work. I constantly had to point out mistakes and poor quality work. I also noticed both him and all his staff drink on the job. This was the first red flag but I chose to ignore it because I had already given a deposit of half the agreed upon amount for the job.... Jose Sosa suggested an electrician since he was not versed at electrical work. The electrician stole $500 from me and I never saw him again. When I ask Jose about the electrician he said " I just referred him I'm not responsible for what he does." Jose refused to do the electrical after I trusted his judgment for the referral. He told me my husband could do it. Every week he had an excuse for why he needed an advance on his check. He claimed he was battling an HVAC company in court. Another red flag I clearly overlook....I would come to give him little by little until eventually he had it all. Needless to say he received all his pay but did not complete the job. I strongly encourage you NOT to patronize this company. Jose Sosa is a crook and very dishonest. I'll also be reporting him to the BBB in an attempt to keep someone else from receiving this type of treatment.
