I use Tindol commercial truck shop regularly. We have a fleet of trucks that constants require maintenance.
I have always found Scott and Sammy ( tech advisors ) to be knowledgeable, courteous and professional.
Prices for services is no different than industry average.
The one area in which I have found them to be most helpful to my business is in their turnaround time for repairs. This is especially helpful when you are using trucks for business as we do.
I highly recommend Tindol truck shop.

I was 8 hours from home on the way to a meeting. It was late in the afternoon on a Friday and my 2021 F250 power stroke decided to have a def fault. I was suddenly limited to just 50miles before the truck would limit my speed to 50mph. I stopped at the closest Ford dealer I could find, Tindol Ford. These guys jumped on the issue. Scott Bridgeman and staff with the commercial truck service were absolutely life savers. They figured out it was the def injector and had it replaced and me back on the road in just a few hours. It was such a relief to have the truck running perfectly and be driving and not stuck! It was luckily covered under warranty. The service was amazing. Can't thank these guys enough. Im so insanely impressed with this truck shop and wish I could use them for all my diesel repairs. I dont live anywhere near them and was driving down I-85 when my truck lost fuel pressure. These guys not only recommended me a tow company but got it in and fixed it the same day - two days before Thanksgiving!! The guy working the front counter/phones is a legend. Side note to my fellow backyard mechanics - make sure you tighten the fuel filter so you dont break down on I-85!
