Food was cold. It took 45 mins to get served and there were not many people in the place. Our server was not very attentive.

The food was bland, no flavor. No one came by to check and see if we needed anything once we got our meal. I would not come here again. And the restaurant felt like you were in a walk in freezer. There were more alcohol drinks than there was food on the menu.

We got lunch Easter Sunday. Food was OK and service was horrible. They also left out half our to go order . I left a message for the manager to call me and they still have not. Service and management is not as good as their other locations

This was our first visit to the Gastonia location, but we hadn't been (Charlotte) in about ten years. The food was delicious. My only issue was that the Power Bowl salad with the added "Blackened Tuna" option was actually Ahi Tuna, and I was not informed by our server. Nor was I asked by the waitress what temperature I wanted it cooked. That would have given me a clue ... It came to me raw. I'm going thru chemo at the moment, so raw seafood is a 100% no-go. Soooo back to the kitchen it went. Sadly. However, the well-done version that returned was delicious. My hubby said the Nachos were very good. (It's one of his favorite items to order). We bought 10 gift cards, so I guess we'll be returning! Alyssa was very attentive and friendly. We'll be requesting her in the future. UPDATE: 4/3/24 The owner asked me to reach out to him, which I've done twice, but I haven't heard back from him.
