You get what you give. I have always been polite to the staff and they have always been super nice to me. I have also seen people act a fool and expect the staff to just take it. The front lady asked politely for people to get Ina proper line and of course, Gastonia's finest citizens started swearing at her and talking non sense. The patients are far from classy, most have horrible trashy attitudes. They treat this doctors office like a trap house and it is sad. There is so much trash on the outside of the building of classless patients. At the end of the day this is a doctors office that is here to help those who want help (and to profit ofc). No one is forced to go here so act like it. Long story short, come in keep your head down, be nice to the staff and you'll have no problems.

The nurses at McLeod, Gastonia, are the rudest Ive ever met. Makes you want to give up and go back to the streets. Why go for a career like this if youre going to be rude to the patients?

They can't seem to get it together they've had me lost since they keep telling me I have forms to fill out papers to sign etc. I have already done all this

Absolutely love it here!! Nurses are amazing especially Rebekah. Jay is no longer there for now he is definitely missed. My counselor at the time is Alonzo Booker, great, attentive, responsible counselor. I enjoy our meetings he listens and actually remembers me in the past this was a problem for other counselors I have had. Girls at the front are very nice. One in particular has been there awhile not sure of her name but she is very nice and remembers me when I come in and that's hard to do considering how many people come in there. Have had two pregnancies through this place and currently pregnant very understanding staff and doctors have h elped me along the way so this place has saved my life and I wouldn't change clinics for any reason.
