Just Tires

After a few years of going to this location, Ive decided not to go back. I took my car in for an oil change/tire rotation in January and was told I needed new brake pads. The guy at the counter told me my front brake pads were at 2mm and the back brake pads were 3mm. He indicated that he was surprised I hadnt heard any noise from them and that I would probably start hearing noise that day or the next day for sure. A few months later after still not hearing any noise from the brakes, I took it to another shop to get the brakes looked at and was told my brakes are almost like new. The front pads are 8mm and the back pads are 6mm. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning to this shop for any work. After years of being a loyal customer, they lied to me and tried to get me to spend over $1,000 that I didnt need to spend. Theyre probably ok for just an oil change and tire rotation/balance and wheel alignments, but if they suggest any other work on your car, get a second opinion. What they did to me is unethical at best and borders on fraud, in my opinion.

Waste of time. Came in Monday for an appointment. They did not have my tire or appointment ready, so my appointment was rescheduled for the next day. So the next day, the manager that rescheduled my appointment told me I didn't have an appointment and they didn't have my tire still. Don't be like me and waste your time and effort. Go to a local tire shop where they actually care.

Austin and Braden got us in and out with two new tires in less than 20 minutes with no appointment! Will be recommending in the future!

Having tire problems is stressful! Well let me tell you about my experience today...it was outstanding! Staff was polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. The manager, Josh, answered all my questions with ease. The tire prices were affordable compared to all the other places I searched. I was in and out quickly. Highly recommend!

Asked them to check my brakes and they said they were all good despite there being obvious issues when driving. I took it down the road to another mechanic who actually cared to look. They were able to find the issue and resolve it. Ive never had issues with them when it comes to getting tires. However, lying to people about completing services that they are getting paid to do is very dishonest and a great way to lose people a lot of money.
