My fianc and I are very pleased with RPM! We rented from them over the past year and repairs were done in a timely and professional manner, responses were quick, and we never encountered any hidden fees or anything unexpected. They also worked with us with some life changes we experienced. Overall a 5-star experience and I would highly recommend this property management company to anyone.

This company is very efficient and professional. They responded to my tenancy questions and requests promptly and made sure all repairs were seen through to the end. My one complaint is that they didnt offer walk-throughs at the start and end of the lease. I spent several hundred dollars in an effort to leave the place looking exactly as Id found it, but they ended up charging me $341 for for a handful of scuff marks on the walls. I suggest they give tenants the opportunity to fix such small problems before deducting large sums from the security deposit. Otherwise, they were very accommodating.
