My hot water heater went out over the weekend. Ronald actually took the time on Sunday to return a call, understand the work that needed to be done, and schedule it for as soon as possible the next day. Unlike other large companies in the market that spend a lot of money on marketing or wont return a weekend call, or that want to charge 4X their weekly rate to visit on a weekend Ronald was very accommodating in getting the work scheduled, showed up when he said he would and made me aware of any potential future issues. Highly recommend Ronald.
