    Just had a service at this location a few days ago and I got a notice of a balance due already. I'm a medical biller of 16 years & i'm certified, so I know it's impossible for a medical claim to have been submitted & processed by my insurance that fast. Sure enough, I checked my insurance & no claim was on file. I checked My Chart & they have me listed as Uninsured. This is a complete failure on their part as I already had x-rays with this company the prior month in which they filed to my insurance & I gave my insurance card at time of check in for the most recent visit. I tried calling to speak to someone but they make it impossible to do so. I left a voice message & a message in My Chart. If they don't respond by end of day Monday then this will be resolved when I show up in their office & demand they correct their mistake.

    I am absolutely dumb founded. My doctor ordered a CT scan w contrast. I went by the office to get the contrast 2x. The first time, yesterday, someone had cut out early. So, I came back today. And today I am questioned by the "nurse" as to why I need the contrast. 1. I'm not the one who ordered it. 2. I believe contrast is used to determine where someone might have internal bleeding (I am only guessing, not my field of expertise), and 3. Do your damn job and stop interrogating patients who are already stressed enough. If you all can't get your selves together, just cancel the damn appt

    Apparently if you have a family history of breast cancer and you get a mammogram its considered diagnosticso be aware they will bill you $1200 for a mammogram
