        It depends on the doctor. Dr O'Laughlin and Dr McKay are great. The PA Dr Hopkins does not listen. She is argumentative. My opinions don't matter. I can't get an apt with the two doctors, I have to see the PA.

        Lady at the front desk is not nice at all. Very passive aggressive and rude. The best part is a sign on her window that says no aggressive, and abusive speech and list all sorts of negative things in doctors office that I have never seen before that are prohibited. Wish I could rate her 0 stars.

        Completely unsure why the bad reviews. Staff and Dr Spiritos were excellent. Probably my best medical office visit ever. Extremely satisfied.
