Moved from one home to a new one, purchased over 4000.00 worth of furniture from Conns, paid for in cash no credit. Wit H all there furniture they have you by their insurance. Which I thought was great until a few months later we noticed that the storage chest we purchased from them had a long Crack on the back left side. I contacted Conn insurance, they asked for pictures. I sent them, then a rep called and I explained to him what the problem was. He then said someone will call me. Today I got a call saying they were going to repair my furniture on 2-27-24 between 12pm and 6pm and that someone will call me and give an eta. Just now I received a email saying that they were not going to honor my claim because it was not covered. People what's going on with Conns furniture. I tellu they are a rip off don't buy from them , that extra for insurance is a way to get more of our hard earnings. Please pass this on. Please don't fall into the trap like I did. But coma is something, God will have my vengeance on Conns.

Been dealing with a lady in the Raleigh store about buying a couch. She is super amazing!! Found the one we like, but they are not going to stock it anymore and they dont have the color we want. They do have the brown color we dont want in Raleigh but they do have the color we need at the Garner store. Walked in to purchase the couch, cash in hand.(card) The salesman proceeds to tell me I cant buy just the couch. I have to buy the couch and the loveseat, because it is a close out deal. Mind you they are different colors, the couch is grey and the loveseat is brown. I asked him again to make sure I heard him right. You are telling me that you will not sell me just the couch and that I must buy both the couch and loveseat? He said yes, I have to buy both. Well needless to say, I told him he was an idiot and walked out of the store. Would rather spend twice my budget than buy a single piece of furniture from Conns. Very disappointed.

They got the right name. I wouldn't buy anything from here unless you have cash financing is a Conn I signed for my items they added in insurance that on paper was a hundred dollars or so. Come to find out that insurance matches almost dollar for dollar my purchase amount doubling how much I initially financed none of which was discussed. Only reason they didn't get one star is because they were friendly but I see why.
