I just want to say that this is probably one of the best family practices I've ever been to who accepts vaccinated or non-vaccinated babies! I applaud you for keeping the door open to all babies and not filtering out certain babies depending on the parents' beliefs. I would recommend this practice to all moms!

I had a really bizarre experience while being seen by Dr. Bledsoe. In our initial visit she informed me how she would not refill my prescription if "my dog ate my prescription, or I lost my prescription". Ok.. odd.. She told me she and others would "search in a data base if I was prescribed any opiates or stimulants" even though I told her I've never been prescribed these in my entire life. She told me she would search that same data base to see if I was "doctor shopping" and if I was, she would not prescribe a certain medication. Alright.. ? I felt like everything I said went in one ear and out the other and she had another agenda about accusing me in our very first visit instead of helping me. This was all very very bizarre, accusatory and left me with an all over uneasy feeling about Cleveland Family Practice. I will not be returning.

I'm on my way to my toddler's upcoming appointment at CFH. I was pulling up the directions and saw the recent negative comments and had to stop and leave my own review, because the comments recently posted are not reflective of my experience at CFH, whatsoever. We transferred here when my daughter was ~ 11 months old after the final straw in a string of terrible experiences with our former PCP (I was yelled at by her previous Pediatrician because I called the afterhours line when she was lethargic and had a 101 degree fever + diarrhea, and was asked why I was calling instead of "just giving her some Tylenol.") I was looking for a few major things that were lacking with our previous PCP: - Friendly front desk staff - A genuine feeling of care and concern from the staff - Professional, warm bedside manner from her Dr/NP - Thorough explanations of medical concerns and/or answers to our questions - Open to alternative vaccine schedules I found all of that at CFH. The drive here can be almost an hour for us and I make it every 3 months, willingly, because the care my daughter receives from Jamie Bledsoe and the CFH staff is outstanding. We are greeted with warmth from the receptionist welcoming us in the door until the chorus of friendly goodbyes we always leave the office to. We are taken in promptly, and they know we drive a distance to get there and have been understanding when I've been a few minutes late. Most importantly, I can tell my daughter feels comfortable here. Care has been outstanding and I've learned a lot from Dr Bledsoe. Outside of preventative care and checkups, she always tells me about something new, like the Imagination Library. I always leave with printouts of playgroup and parenting group suggestions (yes, even though we aren't from the area, she takes the time to print out resources she is aware of that are closer to us at the end of our appointments, and we've signed up for several of them upon her recommendation.) Dr Bledsoe makes me feel informed and confident, and as a first time mom, I appreciate that. I literally can not say enough about CFH. I was afraid to change PCPs because I assumed the terrible service I had grown accustomed to was the standard. CFH proved that to be completely wrong, and I am so glad our family stumbled across this gem of a Family Doctor's office.

Will never go back! The front desk receptionist is extremely rude with an attitude and eye roll problem. I had an appt in July 2022 . No mention to me of a balance due on deductible after I left this day. Came back Mon this week in September 2022, for blood work and receptionist started being extremely snide, rude, etc telling me I owe $500. I was stunned by the amount she was telling me because I had my bill paid off from before with exception of 1 payment. Then I got new ins. Anyway I wasn't prepared to pay the amount she was asking for needless to say. I told her what I could pay and she wouldn't accept, instead told me in a very nasty way "well, we can't see you then." Why didn't she tell me in July 2022, two months before, I owed $500?! Seriously?! She was all like, "yeah, we've been emailing and mailing you statements and you're now in a bad debt, etc." Okay, so I came home and did some digging and I see the bill is for $55 and lab is $3. What?! Fact is, how rude and condescending she was that humiliated me. If anyone heard her, omg. I always felt this receptionist was not very friendly when I would go in and has the worst attitude. I'll never go back here. I've had trouble getting my asthma meds before too. Just not impressed with this place. I'll pay this bill in the amount of $55 and lab of $3 they sent, lol. I tried to give them money when I went in but she was asking for more. In response, you have sent multiple notices? Two months ago, in July the receptionist didn't try to collect on anything so I am confused how that's possible. If I am that behind why didn't she try to collect something then. Your message is nice but the office atmosphere is different. That came as quite a sticker shock and unexpected. The rudness and humiliation was uncalled for.
