The smell throughout the entire place located off of exit 312 on I-40 in Garner, NC is unbearable in this hotel. Very Bad odor. The rooms are not what they advertise. They say queen beds but they are full size and not queen. The heavyset white lady at the front desk wants to control your stay and follow you and police every single thing that you do as if she built the hotel with her own money. This is simply a job and not a dictatorship dear. Not a friendly hotel at all for dogs or for humans. Dont let the price win you over. You will be disappointed. And to put the icing on the cake, we arrived, went into the room, and almost immediately asked for a refund. Was there for about 25 minutes and left. Go to another location.

This is the worse hotel ever. The lady that is working rn now ( Feb 16.2024 at 6:15 pm in the front desk is horrible. They need to get people more professional and that knows how to handle business account reservations. Shes rude and also hung up the phone in my face. Im loosing one night of reservation due to a horrible front desk operation and they dont even let us talk to a manager. DO NOT STAY IN THIS PLACE!!!!!

The woman at the desk was so rude! I was confused about this location accepting dogs so I came with my ESA dog for my autistic child! Before I could bring the dog in I unloaded my things to the room and found a huge red mark on the carpet and dirt on the bed and pillow. When I went to the front desk to ask the lady about my dog she got up and got mouthy about me showing her paper work for my dog, so I left and demanded a refund before myself or my children could get comfortable. The lady stated that should was allowed to go through my room if she feels like we are up to no good and her partner, which was some guy with long hair came to her rescue saying that we brought the dog into the room already without permission which was false, I didnt even bother bringing her in after the attitude I got about showing my papers to such an ignorant person. She seemed like she wanted to micro manage everything that every person does and the man was equally as rude. Dont ever stay at this location go to the one in Morrisville. They allow pets and are super clean and friendly!! Oh and before I left they had to inspect the room to make sure I did nothing to it when I was literally in the room for maybe an hour! Very childish treatment they watch guests like children I observed and have terrible service! Many guests allow this because this is their last resort instead of being homeless on the street!!
