Aspen Dental - Garner, NC

Seems to only be one dental hygienist, and they take vacation on a week's notice. As a result, the appointment you just spent the last 2 weeks scheduling your work and life around can be cancelled the week before shamelessly, and your expected to just set up another time and go through all that stress again.It seems like a great spot, and professional in person, but management needs to hold their employees accountable. It's pretty disgusting to expect your customers to be more flexible than your workers.

I had such a great experience at this dental office. Every person I met in this location was absolutely wonderful. I ended up having to have 4 molars removed and it went so smoothly. I had a really bad toothache and they gave me an immediate appointment. I highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm and was there 7 minutes before my appointment time. First the lady at the front desk ask for my insurance card - Ive been a patient for 2 years with them and they have never asked for my card because it is on file. She said they had a new system and everything hasnt transferred over. Nobody ever mentioned I needed my insurance card & I called 45 mins before the appt to confirm that was the appt time so you would think they would mention that. Then, she tells me I have to pay $129 after insurance. Usually my cleanings are covered at 100%. Again, Nobody ever communicated about that. So I took off work and drove 45 mins for nothing. It was a waste of time and gas. Ive had other issues with this clinic which is why I do not recommend this practice.
