This company is horrible to deal with especially the owner Tim Shackelford. He is very unresponsive, and when you finally get a hold of him is rude and condescending. Their rep Julie Holcombe doesn't reply once estimates are sent.

The Contents Team was contracted by RestorePro Greensboro office to pick up, assess, clean, store and redeliver all furnishings in my living/dining room after the ice storm February 12, caused a large oak tree to fall onto/into my house. Obvious damage as a huge limb penetrated the roof/attic/ceiling leaving six foot of the limb sticking into the room. Rain and sleet coming through nine holes in the roof. After tree removed, roof tarps applied, a few hours later, the plaster board ceiling collapsed onto furniture followed by 65 years of attic insulation. What a mess! Once RestorePro was onboard and had cleaned up insulation I got a call from The Contents team and they came and picked up all the furnishings in that room except for original art and stained glass. They took everything else back to their warehouse, assessed for breakage, water damage, etc. and emailed me a list of all items and condition of each one. Cleaned everything undamaged and gave me options on things repairable and damaged goods considered a total loss. Amazing customer service! Today they returned all the items I asked to have back, unpacked each item placing it where it was originally. The team was friendly, courteous, well organized and professional. Outstanding job! Highly recommended!
