Boot Barn

Ive purchased boots from here on February 15 and was told 5-7 business days since we ordered to the store and was very excited to receive these boots! Then at the 7 day mark I called the store I was told they didnt arrive okay thats fine no problem waited a little longer our order was canceled okay thats fine too. Heres my problem when we purchased these boots they were a return and the young lady help us put the money on a gift card saying it would be a better buck for our deal for lack of better words, it was but this turned into a crazy deal we now have no boots and no gift card when the order was canceled we were told the manager could not do anything sounds crazy in my opinion so we call customer service as told, no help there either told us we will send a gift card online in 24 hours never received it!! Call again ask us for a debit card information to send us the money was told wait 5-7 days again never received payment and we waited 9 days so we could give the process time!! Well now its March 19 no payment or boots worst experience with boot barn do not want compensation just wants the darn boots and was told we cannot go in store and pick any out and just pay the difference just wait!! Do better boot barn thank you!!
