        First time visiting and already a . "Entrance" door is locked with an unlit "OPEN" sign. Meanwhile, looking for another entrance, almost 5 minutes later, the owner decides to ask "what" am I looking for. I said the entrance, I need an inspection (obviously). He then says "Well I have 4 cars already." Don't worry, Mr. ED .... With the poor customer service you're giving, I won't be back!!

      Eyez OnMe - I'm sorry your experience did not meet expectations. We certainly welcome this feedback, and invite you or any of our guests to enter via our open bays to speak directly to Ed, as the door you were attempting to enter through remains locked for customer safety. We certainly understand you don't want to return, but Ed is a small business owner who runs this shop with limited staff, so hoping that helps provide some explanation.
