Daniel was extremely helpful during a very difficult time in my life . He was extremely honest and dedicated to my needs as a client. He was very responsive any time I had a question or concern. Daniel M. Krchnavek Is an incompetent lawyer. He was hired to take care of a parenting agreement. A year later, he tells me its not his fault the other lawyer wont respond to him. Then he redraws from case, keeps my $4000 retainer, and no PA. I told him the other lawyer didnt like or trust him. So he told me to find another lawyer. I dont have the money. Daniel has all my money. Now Im broke, told to find another lawyer, with nothing but anger to show for it. I gave him $4500 as a retainer. I got $400 back. That means I only had $400 left to pay him, so I guess that wasnt enough for him to keep working. Mr. Krchnavek was referred to me by the NC bar helpline. If he is ever referred to you, keep looking. He may withdraw from your case, once the retainer is gone. BEWARE

Daniel M. Krchnavek is straight forth and honest. He let me know from the start that he is a one-man shop and you get what you pay for. Had to use him for a temporary child support case. I felt he did a fair job but was outmatched by opposing council. I was in process of moving from a condo into a home. My Internet was down. I received an email about my new bill. Days past & Daniel gives me a call. I explained to him that I recently moved. I will look at your email this weekend and give him a call back on Monday. He was unhappy about the week that I not get back to him about this unpaid bill. At that point he let me know that he has a family he has to support and I have to make a choice to either give him half the amount I owe him and even or give him the full amount and he will also represent me for my temporary child support case. Already not satisfied with him. I decided to just give him the half so we can go our separate ways. You get what you pay for by far he was the least expensive lawyer when I did my research. He showed me why he was so inexpensive while we were in court room.
