Great service, they will lie about the time it takes for the service to be done. A 1-2 hour tire change takes 3 and 1/2 hours. You have to ask for updates, no apologies in their end for delays. Just excuses of slow new workers.

In and out with a quickness for an oil change. I also saw the manager at the time handle a customer who was upset masterfully. A miscommunication could have gone badly but he was able to help with the customer's problem and make them feel heard. I will be going back for brake and tires in the near future.

I scheduled an appointment online. I arrived 30 minutes prior to and my vehicle was quickly taken in. I replaced my 4 Cooper Adventurer AT tires that had 70,000 miles on them with 4 new Cooper Adventurer AT Force tires and an oil change/filter. I was in and out within 1 hr. and 45 min. Kuddos to the guys to get me back on the road quickly. The only slightly negative was the employee who put air in my tires after they were installed. Inside the driver's side door jam it clearly states the maximum PSI which is 60 PSI in the front and 65 PSI in the rear. Both rear tires were filled to 80 PSI. Other than that, awesome service and tires! Tires ride good and no road noise. Thanks Pep Boys!
