Are you looking for the perfect exercise program. Well, trust me, Zoyoga is it. This is by far the best deal around. You can join live zoom classes, (I personally try and do 3 live classes a week) or if the times don't work you can join a recorded video of a class of your choice. The classes alternate weekly between, Barre, Drum and Yoga Groove done to great music themes that change weekly all while Julie is instructing various moves that strengthen the body. There are also bonus perks that include, book club and monthly health challenges. Try it, you'll love it!

I joined ZoYoga because of the free trial. I stayed because it is perfect for me. Julies classes are designed to feature low-impact or high-intensity movements for any fitness level. She offers yoga, drum fitness and Barre fitness classes. Julie understands that life gets busy, so she offers both live and recorded classes. She also offers monthly challenges to build community and empower clients to choose fitness as a lifestyle. Give it a try!

ZoYoga provides a variety of different exercise options to move your body! Julie does a great job of providing modifications during classes. Her music and choreography is spot on. I especially enjoy the drumming classes, check it out, super fun and great exercise!
