Le Nails

My person was not friendly. Old outdated space. My gel pedicure is 2 days old and looks worse than my last one at 2 months old.

Undoubtedly the worst manicure I've ever received. I went during opening hours, so it was slow but the nail technician rushed and barely gave any effort when working on my nails. Perhaps she thought because I'm a guy coming in solo, she could do the bare minimum and get away with it. I do not recommend Service: Manicure

I have visited LeNails twice while away from home. The first time I needed nail work badly and I was fixed right up. This time I just needed a fill and Kalen (sp) fixed me right up again, using the polish I brought with me. She is pleasant and does a fantastic job. Will visit again if needed. Great experience! I am from texas and have been going to the same person for the last 15 yrs. When I was in Fuquay-Varina and had a nail emergency I found this place. I worked with a young lady named, Kalyn. She was gentle and took her time. If I wanted something changed she was polite and did exactly what I asked. My mail lady back in Texas is used to me being picky and me have a system figured out.. I was nervous about going to a new place, but Kalyn at Le Nails completely rocked it! :) (dip nails with tips, and a shellac pedicure) Services: Pedicure, Dip powder, Manicure

Last minute, I decided to find a place to get a pedicure. This shop is roughly 1 mile from my home, so I figured I'd give them a try. I visited around 2 pm on a Saturday. The space is clean, and has a pleasant smell. No other customers were being serviced at the nail stations. I actually thought it was the lone employee in there until I was seated and saw another employee in the wax area with a customer. The woman helping me was very cold, dry. No small talk, no offering other services, didn't even ask if I wanted any designs. She handled my feet like ancient artifacts retrieved from a centuries-old tomb. I had to ask her to go back and scrub certain areas. She painted my toenails and went back to her seat and on her phone, as she was when I walked in. After some time she said I was good to go. I asked if she thought they were dry, she said yes. As I went to step out the chair, one nail smudged. She poorly painted the smudged area and asked me to sit a little longer. I ended up sitting about 30-40 minutes after she finished. I paid and left. $35, basic polish, no design. By time I drove my mile home and got out the car, 3 nails were smudged. I've never experienced this before. Between this odd, forever-wet polish, and the overall poor customer service, I won't return to this establishment. Definitely a waste of my money. NEXT DAY ADDITION: over 24 hours later, I put on closed toe shoes for work. Both big toes are now fully destroyed. I've never had this happen in over 20 years of getting my nails done. You can't have poor customer service and poor results. Pick a struggle. Won't return to, nor recommend, this business to anyone.
