Very good company to work with. Margaret Freeman was always very responsive and very happy to help with any questions that I had about my policy. I would highly recommend this agency for any and all insurance needs.

I cancelled in December for auto and homeowners insurance for StateFarm way cheaper. At renewal time in March, after receiving an email that I cancelled insurance, Margaret calls on the phone and she can see where I called into customer service to cancel in December. **then the next day 3.13.24 Margaret sends an email that she could not see where I cancelled home and she was cancelling from the date of the email 3.13.24. My new policy had already began covering my home and auto since December hence the cancellation with this company. This is sketchy people. I never wanted to believe Allstate agents wanted to keep my money!!!! Beware when you cancel if you can can cancel. You might want to keep proof. I cancelled both home and auto together as it is a bundle and save. I want to trust my insurance place to have adequate record keeping, this place does not. You have that I cancelled one but not the other.
