I've been insured by Williamson for more than 15 yrs and have always been very happy with their service and more importantly the feeling that everyone you talk to really cares about helping with any issue/question I have.

We have been with Williamson Insurance for over ten years. There is no higher customer service in the insurance industry. We have had to file a few claims and never once were we made to feel as if it were our fault. After my husband's car accident, the first question asked was about his well-being, not what happened. Williamson truly cares. Responses to questions are quick and thorough.

My family has dealt with The Williamson Insurance Agency for over 20 years for both home and auto insurance. They have always been available for any and all questions. Recently, we acquired a new property and I went right to them for our insurance needs. Michele Cole took care of everything from A to Z. When they tell you not to worry and they'll take care of things, they mean it.

My Father had been using Williamson Insurance for more than 10 years. When my Father passed in 2020, I had to call and speak with them about closing his accounts. The level of service just about brought me to tears. They were so compassionate and assisted in every way they possibly could. Kim, who is now retired was the one that helped me so much during this time. Due to the level of service, I decided to move all of my insurance needs to them, And Im so glad I did!! I now deal with Michelle Cole, She is my agent. While my family were traveling in Florida, we were involved in an accident, where a tractor-trailer hit us from behind. Again, I was just so amazed by the level of service. I made one phone call and she literally took care of everything from that point on. Every time I call or email, she is always so responsive and knowledgeable. There is no one else I would rather have in my corner, than Williamson insurance. Thank you for always being there in the time of need.
