Horrible Service, Non-responsive, has retired and left people without their taxes done/filed. Has Ghosted his clients. Been reprimanded by the CPA Board and Fined for horrible client services and failure of fiduciary responsibility. This is a Bad and an untrustworthy CPA and Person. He has closed this location and sold it and gone unresponsive to certified letters. Current location posted in pictures.

I'm wondering if this man passed away. I'm reading multiple reviews that 2019 taxes not filed , no e-mail responses and telephone messages are full. Anyone know?

Marc has been doing my taxes for 21 years. Certainly the communication has been more difficult during Covid but I'm glad I met him in 2000. Thank you Marc for 21 years is service! I hope there is 21 more!

This guy has done our taxes for a number of years.  This year he said he would have to do an extension but never did and now he has up and disappeared! Doesn't answer phone calls, texts. emails.  Husband went by his building and signs are down.  There is also a note from another one of his clients wanting to get answers as he refused to get in touch and they just want their files.  I am about to start filing complaints with the NC State Board of CPA's and any place else I can find.  I would suggest any of his other clients with issues do the same.  nccpaboard.gov/enforceme…
