We had our Franklin Garden Club Christmas party here. We didn't stay in the Manor but were given a tour. Beautiful setting and good food.

My husband, our 9 month old, & I were gifted the beautiful experience of 3 days at this bed & breakfast. This was our first experience at a bed & breakfast & did not know what to expect, but we are always up for something new. The staff welcomed us with open arms & doted on our baby, absolutely warming our hearts! The location is gorgeous & each room is filled with so much personality, anyone can enjoy the experience. The staff made us feel right at home, they felt like old friends. The holiday decor was placed with such care & made our stay that much more special. We traveled to Franklin to spend time with family & get our Christmas tree, we hope to make this bed & breakfast our go to home away from home for our holiday tradition! Had the most wonderful stay at McTernan Manor in Franklin for the Thanksgiving holiday! We booked through Airbnb & the process was so quick & easy. The other guests were super kind & even invited us to their thanksgiving celebrations they were having on the property. We stayed in the Sexton Suite & it was beautifully furnished, cozy, & lavish. The massive bathroom with double shower heads & a claw foot tub is a thing of dreams! We were even able to bring my two large dogs & Im so thankful we could! We will definitely be returning next year & Im even trying to convince the family to stay here for a family vacay!

Just returned home after almost a week in this beautiful home. Peace, quiet, and tranquility are just a few words I would use to describe the feeling you have when you are on the porch, enjoying a coffee, and just thanking the heavens that youve been blessed with another day. The property is well taken care of, there were other friendly guests in and out during my stay, and the host (Katie) went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Franklin has a lot of charm and we enjoyed our time there. We even did a Ghost Tour and it was very interesting to hear all about the wild things that have happened over the last 200 years in that area. I would definitely recommend you check out McTernan Manor if you are going to be going through or staying in Franklin!
