        I paid for the Tax Pro review service and I this year I got Cristy assigned because my previous Tax advisor was not available. When she sent me back my file to approve it, I realized that there was a errors on 2 forms. Even after providing evidence that she was making a mistake she refused to admit it. I asked also a question and she refused to answer properly. She didn't show any real interest on helping me and immediately suggested to get my file reassigned. In more than 5 years filing online with HR Block this has been the most disappointing experience.
