These people will gladly take your hard earned money, but don't count on anything being repaired or fixed! Most importantly, don't rent from them if you're disabled or a senior citizen.

This place is a joke. Literally rented the place out from under me after communicating with me about it for days DIRECTLY in front of me I had deposit first month and $400 pet fee together if they had agreed to do what we planned they'd gotten more money than what they got. Then tried to show me some ghetto trailers that had hella issues. One trailer had water damage in the closet the other had literally no room for furniture. They shouldn't be allowed to rent places out in these conditions. Will never recommend this place. These people should be ashamed of themselves for conducting business this way. I'm still debating on calling the better business bureau as I strongly feel this place needs to be looked in on.
