Called on Friday said would call to come out to fix our issue and didn't call back till Monday. come out and take toilet off and break flange when removing it and tell us that there is no clog just need to replace drain line for $3,000!!!!! we said no way so they charged us to reinstall the toilet and fix the flange they broke and charged us $818.00!!!!! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS!!! STAY FAR AWAY!!! WE OWN MANY BUSINESSES AND IT IS JUST SAD THEY WOU:D RUN A BUSINESS THIS WAY!! SAD SAD COMPANY!!!

I am absolutely disgusted at what my mother-in-law was just charged by Ohmstead Plumbing to do nothing to fix their clogged toilet. $95 for a service call. Ok fine - I get that. But $818 for them to pull the toilet and run a camera and tell us we need to pay $3400 to replace the whole pipe to septic system. So $818 just to "diagnose". They should be beyond ashamed charging a disabled senior citizen that much for zero resolve. Definitely will be getting a second opinion from a different company and will update this review with the outcome.
