        I went today to Little Caesars in Forest City to pick up my online order which per the tracking email said that was ready at 6:58pm and I arrived at 7pm. The pizza was cold so I asked the guy at the window that I needed a hot pizza. He brought his manager Nicole, which right off the bat told me rudely: Im not remaking this pizza. I asked why and she said because when I placed it it said that would be ready at 6:45pm. The tracking email said it was ready at 6:58pm. Why couldnt they keep it in the warmer? She was extremely rude. Did not at any point apologized for the cold pizza. Just straight out rude. Ive always bought from there but after this experience not coming back. I asked for a refund and will be reaching out corporate tomorrow. Thats completely unacceptable.
