      Mr. Mace, We understand your frustration, and David has been our assistant manager for quite a number of years. What you tend to leave off is the fact you called in being rude about a return because we told you that we did not accept them, then when explained that you decided to become belligerent. Our companies that we sell for do not offer a return policy after a unit has been used and this is standard practice. We also have your mower here with an outstanding bill, so if you would like to pay for that and pick it up we would be grateful. This issue stems from a misunderstanding of our return policy in which you wanted to return an item you decided you could no longer afford and unfortunately for you this is not Lowe's we do have a questions asked return policy, not blindly returning items going against our suppliers return procedures.
