        This used to be a great place. Now, not so much. Now when I go in; Its very stressful, overwhelming and chaotic in there. You used to have someone at the counter that would only focus on the walk-in customers like me, now theres not one. Ive talked to several electricians about the issues and they feel the same as I do and more so because they are not getting the the focus and time they also need and then their orders get messed-up or havent been ordered. They explained to me that two of the employees ( who are great to deal with) are being pulled away from their regular duties to also work the counter and the manager isnt much help. Its basically screwing all of the customers at all ends and this to me is Very poor management!
