      image Tried to call and ask a simple question about my bill. Was told they can not look at my bill unless I come into the stor. Sent me to customer service. They ask for a dealers code I dont have so they hung up on me. Called store back. Then they gave me a code Who wants to put up with this. Just answer my question. Terrible customer service!!!! Dont use this company

      image I went in yesterday to transfer phones. It was not straight forward and took quite a long time. Mikayla was wonderful. Patient, friendly and has a great skill set. I would request her help any day.

      image The worst cell carrier ever. The service is terrible and they wasted soooooo much of my time when they switched from billing a credit card to billing directly to my checking account and had internal issues.
