        I had a wonderful experience. Even with the construction of the new service center, they were very accommodating. Service was performed and completed in a timely manner. I am always treated with respect at Friendship Nissan (Forest City). I will always be a loyal customer.

        I tried to call the service department and the phone just rings and rings. So I did a Google search for the direct number for the service department and that number just rings and rings. So I tried the chat function and was responded to at least but she didnt have the authority to schedule an appointment for me and gave me the same number I had already called twice. So I called the Nissan dealer in Shelby and a person answered the phone and I was able to speak with someone in the service department within a minute and they will be taking care of my Nissan from now on

      Hi Angela, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. We are in the middle of a massive renovation which will basically double the size of our service area. This construction will cost well over $1,000,000 and is all in hopes of creating a better experience for our customers. We have moved a lot of our customer areas in order to accommodate the construction and our phone system has been intermittent and hard to control. We actually were without power for an entire day so it has been difficult.I hope you'll consider giving us another chance sometime down the road.
